Just bought my first on-line car sight unseen - AWESOME !!!! So I was looking for the GLC AMG 43 on-line. I had actually used the "Build" on the mbusa.com website as well. I really liked the 2018 "diamond silv So I was looking for the GLC AMG 43 on-line. I had actually used the "Build" on the mbusa.com website as well. I really liked the 2018 "diamond silver" color but it isn't being offered for 2019. I was pleasantly surprised to find this color combination at this dealer as a CPO 2018 with low miles. I called and Sebastian Martinez answered. He verified the car was still available..... I was super hesitant since I couldn't see it in person. He did an awesome video of the car outside and inside. My husband agreed that we thought it was a fair deal and said "let's go for it". They Fed-EXed the paper work overnight. We signed and notarized then Fed-Exed in their return envelope.....Super Easy !!! My car was delivered less than a week later. It's beautiful and my husband and I are so pleased !! Ceil worked with me and we decided on all the extras and she ordered my car. After a while being in Florida I decided to wait for the 2019 models coming out. Barry then took over after having been given all my info & travel schedule from Ceil. Barry was fantastic even texted me while in Greece on vacation to tell me my car was HERE! The whole experience with Barry was great , he had all the paperwork done when we arrived back into Cleveland and unveiled my beautiful car! !Well worth the wait and I can't wait to drive it this season in Florida.
