Barry would send me videos of the vehicles I was looking at and gave me his personal opinion on which would suit my needs the best. Living 4 hours away from MB of North Olmsted and having another MB Dealership 20 minutes away has been the reason I keep coming back. There was a slight issue that Barry dealt with where he went above and beyond by personally help paying for something which was discussed during the leasing process.
