Had taken my 1987 European spec 560SEL here for emergency service. The car was broken into overnight, and the dealer was both unapologetic, but also without empathy. Brought car in for recall on steering bolts and programming. Provided loaner, which was nice. Had to realign car as part of service and now has sluggish turn in.
