We had a tire blow out and shred and no spare. Our car was loaded to the brim with things for our daughter. We were stuck about 10 miles from the dealership. We had a hard time getting a tow truck. We had called the dealership and they had the right tire. As it got later the service team did everything they could for us to try to do the repair thay day. . Technicians were staying late. They took all of the wheel/tire information to get ready. They tried to get us a rental car when it looked like we wouldn't make it. EVERYONE we spoke to and worked with was responsive, incredibly nice and helpful. Unfortunately it took 3 hours for the tow truck to arrive so we could not do the work that day. We had the car towed to your shop and the repairs were done quickly and correctly the next day. The whole experience was an example of your team going above and beyond. Thank you. More

Peter was very professional and let us test drive multiple times, he really wanted us to find the right fit and when we found the right car Peter reinsured us by listing the reasons and items we want multiple times, he really wanted us to find the right fit and when we found the right car Peter reinsured us by listing the reasons and items we wanted in a car. In addition, when we pick up the car Peter stayed late and walked us through the car features and how to use and set them up. Moreover, a few days after we took the car home we did find 1 issue with it. Peter listen to our issue and took time to research and resolve it (through the service department). When we took our Mercedes in for service to resolved the 1 issue we had the service team knew why we were there and what to do. Needless to say we are very pleased. Our whole experience was a amazing and very posh! More
