I loved that they have a tech person to explain the workings of the car and he gave me his business card to contact him with any future questions. Best part was they checked off a bucket list item by surprising me by topping the car off with BIG red bow! I got some nice photos and drove off with my fabulous GLA 250 4Matic! More

The service department was excellent. I am disappointed that the last 2 times there were no loner cars. Both were emergencies. The first time my car was in the service department for three days.
