This is the third Mercedes I have purchased from MB of North Haven over the past 14 years. Peter Pearce was my salesman in 2008 and 2011 and he was the first person I called after an accident left me car North Haven over the past 14 years. Peter Pearce was my salesman in 2008 and 2011 and he was the first person I called after an accident left me car-less (and thankfully unhurt - my ML 350 absorbed the impact of being hit by another car). He met with me the day after the accident and had me in a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that met all my needs within an hour. I would highly recommend Peter and the staff at MB of North Haven. I also have used them exclusively for servicing my car and have found the entire service department to be excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
I’d like to offer some insight about Mercedes-Benz of North Haven. I’m writing for both myself and the co-buyer. I like to write so I do go-on a bit, but I think for most people that will be painless. We had been treated by all staff members with expert professionalism, and kindness. Our experience resulted in a clear understanding of a well-operated facility that led to a confirmation of our feeling comfortable in making future visits. Our Client Advisor, Peter Pearce, had been enthusiastically willing in researching our requests for uncommon data. However, he clearly is a master of knowledge in things Mercedes-Benz. And he happily answered the many questions that we had. And prior to the test drive he had given us a well-presented initial orientation. Our Sales Manager, Muhammad Sabir, had been most pleasant in taking the time to introduce himself to us, and particularly helpful in answering a question that arose while our client advisor had stepped away to handle an aspect of our shopping. Our F & I Manager, Russ Karkachov, completed our sale. The co-buyer and I were particularly pleased with Russ. We are excellent judges of character and Russ had given us an honest, and excellent explanation of the company that Mercedes-Benz of North Haven had selected for their extended coverages. This included that they’ve had a seventeen-year relationship in offering this company’s services. As well, Russ had made if fun for us in learning the differences between auto parts that are wearable, consumable, and those considered to last the life of the car. Our Parts Advisor, Manager Michael Catlin, had been most polite and expressed concern in ordering the exact versions of the accessories that we wanted to buy. And he had immediately gone to work on research and ordering, prior to our leaving the parts department counter. We truly believe that this man is meticulous in his field. And though unasked for, he built our confidence in extending a willingness to keep us notified upon any issues revolving around shipments and possible delays. Other staff had been pleasant and helpful in guiding us around when lost, and we never felt that there was anyone at Mercedes-Benz of North Haven that we couldn't talk to in some way or ask a question of. Upon leaving, we were presented with our Mercedes gleaming in the well-lit delivery area. It had been dressed in a formal black bow placed upon the windshield just above the Polar White paint of the hood, or perhaps I should say bonnet? That welcomed touch prompted us to the realization that we hadn't thought to take our camera with us. Peter Pearce stepped-up, happily taking photos of us with our new family member wearing the black bow. Also completed at this time, our Client Advisor, Peter Pearce, had given us a beautifully spoken tour of our new car. Cheerfully helping us in making settings and answering even more questions. He wished us well, and all good things had come from him. Driving out of the delivery bay in our new car, we were very-very, happy. Of course, by the fragrance, touch, and silence of our car, but equally because we had been so kindly and professionally taken care of by the fine staff at Mercedes-Benz of North Haven. More
