Mercedes-Benz of North Haven Jul 22, 2025 Disappointed Very shady business practices, I was charged $1,295. 00 for Zurich shield- what’s is it ?? More importantly I was never asked if I wanted it. Then the $995.00!convenance fee? You get charged to do business with them. This is expected from a used car lot not a Mercedes Benz dealership.

Honesty wins responded

I bought a used Land Rover from your team (PJ and Sales Mgr Elana , who wrote and sold me the warranty), and less than one year later, it is found to be unsafe to drive from structural rust. Mind you, the car was garage kept for the winter. I went to get it inspected for MD tags and the inspector tells me the bottom of my car is rusted out - severely rusted and unsafe. How did you sell me an unsafe rusted bottom car? I understand it was used, however, are you not guided by rules that govern misrepresentation of status? Are you supposed to be a reputable dealer that has serviced serval of my MB vehicles for YEARS? Who failed on performing a thorough inspection? Less than a year later and the gas tank brace and wheel sockets are rusted???! If that’s the case then I would have gone to a fly by night dealer and not MB of North Haven. I am hoping for a resolution and your dealership is not responsive. I have to call, and write and they don’t acknowledge without me pushing in. Disappointing for a luxury brand dealership. I have photos.
