Scheduled Maintenance Brought my car in for its regularly scheduled maintenance. Jorge Baez was my service rep who at the outset let me know what the initial cost would b Brought my car in for its regularly scheduled maintenance. Jorge Baez was my service rep who at the outset let me know what the initial cost would be. I really appreciated that because in the past I was never informed of the costs of scheduled maintenance. I was email an invoice with the work that was going to be performed. Mr. Baez also notified as to when my automobile would be ready to be picked up. When I arrived, I had a discussion as to one of the items on the invoice. Mr. Baez rectified it. It was a minor issue regarding the filing of the reservoir with washer fluid (my husband just that morning had capped the reservoir and there was no need for a charge for fluid to be added to my invoice). All in all a pleasant experience. More

Knowledgeable and Courteous I brought my car in for a low tire pressure warning. It was quickly diagnosed as a puncture in the front tire. The two front tires were very worn and I brought my car in for a low tire pressure warning. It was quickly diagnosed as a puncture in the front tire. The two front tires were very worn and so needed to be replaced. The service department gave me a loaner car and quickly installed my new tires along with the rotation.
