I was planning to take my daughter and her friends to Playland, and as you can imagine my daughter was heartbroken. My husband brought the car to the dealership to see if it could be fixed quickly. Of course it was not an easy fix, but Don arranged for me to borrow a car (on such short notice), while my car was being repaired. Needless to say, he saved the day. In this day and age, when its difficult to even get a real person of the phone, and customer service just about everywhere, is absolutely horrible, he went out of his way to make my daughter's 10th birthday wishes come true. I look for direct and honest answers to save everyone time; they are not always easy to get. Michael was extremely responsive. He understood what I was looking for and got me the proper information without wasting any time. I was looking at a few options and he got me good prices on some and not as good on others. But in all cases he was responsive. I was able to evaluate the opportunities exactly as i would hope to. In addition to all this, Michael was warm, funny and a pleasure to spend time with. I couldn't recommend him more highly. More

Rene Bianco was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Through her determination and her tenacity she succeeded in obtaining the car I wanted (in the color I wanted) which led to my cancell knowledgeable. Through her determination and her tenacity she succeeded in obtaining the car I wanted (in the color I wanted) which led to my cancellation on a vehicle I had a deposit on at another dealership and directly led to my purchase at Pepe’s. In fact, I was to pick up the other car on the same day she called me with news that the Mercedes we discussed was available. I am someone who has always purchased new rather than used and I am loyal to the dealership I buy from for all my servicing needs (even after the 4-5 year coverage period ends and in spite of the constant ribbing from my friends who laugh that I pay “dealership prices” for even an oil change). I write this because I find it bad policy, if not poor taste, to charge a new customer that has just purchased a new car (paid in full) $50 for a tank of gas. Has not been my experience with any other dealership. More
