I expressed an interest to this dealer in leasing a new car via the internet at 9:30 in the morning. At 10:00 am I received a cal from Michael Longi. He listened to my needs and goals and called me back within 10 minutes with a great deal. (I had previously done some research with other dealers.) We took delivery of the new vehicle and turned in our old vehicle that same day. Total time to negotiate and finalize all details: about an hour and a half.
