3rd Mercedes from MB of New Rochelle!! I would like to give a special Thank You to Don Fisher of Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle. I've been dealing with Don since my first Mercedes, which I would like to give a special Thank You to Don Fisher of Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle. I've been dealing with Don since my first Mercedes, which was a 2011 C300. My second car was 2013 E350 and the one I got just now is a 2014 E350. I truly appreciate his responsiveness and his patience with me. He was able to get me a great deal and the overall experience was absolutely painless and flawless. Also a big Thank You to Louis Rivera and Sergio Derpinski for all their help. Don, you can count on me to be back in a year or two for my next car!! Greg More

Summary Everyone apologized that they had so little knowledge of the B-Class car. Every time, I came I had to wait because of their being unfamiliar with the Everyone apologized that they had so little knowledge of the B-Class car. Every time, I came I had to wait because of their being unfamiliar with the B-Class. It was not charged the first time I came and was asked to come back. I came again and it was still not charged but all the paper work was done for the sale and I had to come back a third time to pick it up. I had an appointment with the sales rep at 1pm and had to wait 45min before he came up and showed us how the car worked. He said that if he were busy he would ask a co worker to help us but this did not happen. If you are going to sell a car learn it in and out first. I was even told that I was given a 2015 model when it was a 2014 model. This car is rated at 83/85 miles every time, I charge it the range on the dash says 60 miles when it is completely charged, why is this? I spoke with both Alexa and Vinny in service dept but could not get a satisfying answer. I am now investigating this matter with Car and Driver which did a write up on this car. More

I would like to actually state that this was my number 6 Mercedes that i got from this amazing Dealership ( I would not go to any other ones ). Renee is an amazing worker and also someone there is always there for you when you need her. You name it and she will make it happen. Prompt answers and she always makes my experience special and always makes sure that i am happy with my choice . All the paper work is always processed immediately and she is by far the most respectful person that i have meet before or may be one of my very special people. Ps. Awesome First Experience... This was my first time buying a MB.. I was impressed with Sergei's attentive and patient attitude.. He was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured..
