An exceptional sales person and an asset to NR Mercedes I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Michael Longi, an exceptional salesperson. I went to see what I wanted when my lease was up.in September. I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Michael Longi, an exceptional salesperson. I went to see what I wanted when my lease was up.in September. He paired me with another coupe which I love. He did all the necessary paper work quickly and I left with a brand new car and lease. He went over all the questions that I had. He connected my cell phone and even went back to retrieve my garage opener in my old car which I had unfortunately left. He did all of this and still had a wonderful smile at the end of a busy day. I will recommend him to any friends who are looking to lease or purchase a MB. Also Sergio Derpinski was wonderful with me. He answered and helped me with the financial questions that I had. Michael Longi and Sergio Derpinski are a great team!! More

The vehicle i chose was a New 2015 S550 which i must say was a perfect choice. Thomas Rudaj the manager of the show room came over reviewed everything and was also very professional. He assured me that all is in good hands with mike longi which it was. I was introduced to the service department personnel should i have any questions. He answered my questions, understood when I was not ready to decide, provided printouts of sample cars to help me zero in on the options that were important to me. When I came back he answered more questions and gave me more time with a car including, with manager's approval, a loaner car for a day to assure that I was comfortable with the decision. High marks for Don Fisher. (Have not yet dealt with Service Department or Parts.) More

We are very happy with our C 300 4Matic with the cranberry red interior and all the perks that come with the sport package combined with the luxury package.
