WHEEL ALIGNMENT GONE AWRY. I BROUGHT IN MY 2009 SL 550 TO GET A FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT DONE EVEN THOUGH THE CAR WAS DRIVING FINE AT THE TIME I DELIVERED IT TO THE DEALERSHIP.... T I BROUGHT IN MY 2009 SL 550 TO GET A FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT DONE EVEN THOUGH THE CAR WAS DRIVING FINE AT THE TIME I DELIVERED IT TO THE DEALERSHIP.... THE CAR WAS DELIVERED BACK TO ME NICE AND CLEAN BUT COMPLETELY SCREWED UP MECHANICALLY... STEERING WHEEL WAS 90 DEGREES OFF CENTER , REAR WHEELS PULLING TO RIGHT WHILE FRONT WHEELS PULLING LEFT. A WARNING LIGHT COMES ON TELLING ME THE ESP IS NOT FUNCTIONAL ( THIS WARNING LIGHT NEVER CAME ON IN THE 6 YEARS THAT I OWNED THIS CAR - POSSIBLY SOME ELECTRONIC MODULE REMOVED ) I IMMEDIATELY MADE AN ABOUT TURN BACK TO COMPLAIN TO THE SERVICE MANAGER WHO WAS NOT HELPFUL IN ANYWAY ...I RESOLVED TO TAKE THE CAR BACK TO M/BENZ MANHATTAN WHERE THE LAST SERVICE AND ALIGNMENT WAS DONE A YEAR AGO. AFTER HEARING SIMILAR COMPLAINTS OF POOR TECHNICAL SERTVICE FROM A GOOD FRIEND I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED TO HEAR THAT SOME RACKET IS GOING ON AT THIS WORKSHOP.... YOU ARE WARNED ..... More

An amazing experience I must say, this was the most customized "vehicle purchase" experience I have ever had. There was absolutely no pressure, just a feeling of being par I must say, this was the most customized "vehicle purchase" experience I have ever had. There was absolutely no pressure, just a feeling of being part of a "Proactive Team" in which everyone was committed to working towards the same goal "pure satisfaction of personal needs." Marco was amazing from the first day I made contact with Mercedes Benz of new Rochelle. Just to give you an idea, I am paraplegic, I had just completed a surgical procedure on my shoulder, so, I was not very mobile at all, which meant that I could not travel to the Dealership. After a phone conversation with Marco he arranged to bring the vehicle I was interested in viewing directly to me... he took his time and properly explained all the components of the vehicle, and then helped me transfer into the vehicle and drove me around my neighborhood so that I can have the complete experience--who would have ever thought.... Well, to make a long story short...I am now the proud owner of an MB Vehicle. I am sure the rest of my journey with the MB Family will be just as amazing. More
