Sonny goes the extra mile I just purchased my fourth Mercedes from Sonny Narula at MB of New Rochelle, and I have to say that over many years of owning cars I have never worked I just purchased my fourth Mercedes from Sonny Narula at MB of New Rochelle, and I have to say that over many years of owning cars I have never worked with a better dealer. I originally approached Sonny having never owned a Mercedes before. I was attracted by their reputation for service, and I have not been disappointed. Sonny understood my preferences and how I like to do business, and has worked tirelessly to insure that I am happy not only with the cars, but also with the process and the ownership experience. The dealership staff is also great (for example, I once drove in with a tire that was in the going flat just before they closed for the day, and they stayed open for me, pulled up my profile from the system, got me a loaner car immediately, and fixed the tire (warranty so no charge) So full marks for this dealership, especially Sonny. More

The whole experience from the initial phone call to Sonny to the day I picked up the car 2 days later was exceptional. Sonny didn't pressure me into anything, he just gave me the facts on the phone and allowed me to make an educated decision. He's a class act and someone that I will now continue to lease/buy cars from. Christian DePalma went over all the features of the car and was very knowledgeable and professional. I had a question after I left the dealership and emailed Christian, he wrote me back in 20 minutes with the answer, now that's service! Overall experience: A+++ More

My salesman was Dave Shaw, really good guy who made me feel comfortable throughout the process (let's face it, there is a bit of a process, but those who make it easy are appreciated.) Bob Binette the used car Sales Manager is a star: straight-shooter and more than accommodating. The rest of the team worked really well together: Mike Longi , Sergio Derpinski , Christian dePalma. Michelle made the initial call and set up a service for a time while I waited for the service. The sales manager, Chris Battaglia approved the visit and Anthony Angarano made it happen. When I got there at 10:55 AM for an 11 o'clock visit, I rode into the warm vehicle reception area and was promptly greeted. Anthony took me to his desk, wrote it up and told me Renee Bianco was in and would love to see me. I visited Renee; spoke about our car experience; had some coffee; thanked Chris for straightening out my service report. And at 12:10, my car was finished; inspected; washed and vacuumed. Yes, MB is expensive for service but sometimes you get what you pay for. More

Absolutely HORRIBLE service I have gone to this dealership on 2 separate occasions - making APPOINTMENTS on top of that, and yet I waited for 45 minutes both times. Customer service is lacking big time & very unprofessional on all levels. The front desk girls were friendly, but no help, seemed my father & I were just a bother to them. When I asked to speak to a manager - no one came and no one even answers their desk phone. The salesman we were supposed to meet with knew we were coming & didn't even bother to show his face to tell us he would be with us shortly. He is greedy & took other customers even though he knew we were coming .... If you would like to buy a Benz just do yourself a favor and go to another dealership in the area. Not willing to give my money to a greedy salesman for him to make commission off me and my father. He missed out on 2 cars & so did this dealership. SKIP THIS DEALERSHIP & GO TO ANOTHER ONE!!! More
