I purchased from New Rochelle in 2023 and also purchased a 24 months additional insurance. I since then traded my car in after a break in. I still have 18 months left on my insurance and they refused to re a 24 months additional insurance. I since then traded my car in after a break in. I believe this dealership knows what they have in Tom Burns, the Shop Forman. He is the only reason I’ve come back. He is honest, and will patiently explain the issue. I came in with my 2019 450 GLS and Burns, the Shop Forman. He is the only reason I’ve come back. He is honest, and will patiently explain the issue. I came in with my 2019 450 GLS and it was just out of CPO warranty but Tom provided very reasonable price for the fix. And while under warranty was just as helpful. I’m grateful and consider Tom a friend. John, who lends out vehicles, is also a good advocate and reliable staff member. Thanks guys. Will see you again soon. More
This is the absolute worst service place I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The service department people are very incompetent and don't want to to their jobs correctly. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled recall service which should've taken 1 day to do and as of today it's been 8 days. Numerous excuses, no loaner vehicle, and the service Manager Matt is dismissive and have no clue how to deal with customers correctly. The entire staff within the service department needs customer service relations training. Stay away from this place, they do not value their customers, and if you're not paying fir service due to a recall or whatever, there is a slim to no chance that you will receive a loaner. More

I bought my beautiful pre-owned GLS 450 earlier this year. There were a couple of hiccups as there usually are when purchasing a pre owned vehicle, but I’ve never had such a diligent and courteous team to work with. They made sure that things were done right and completed when they said they would be completed. It’s the best dealership team I’ve ever worked with and now in my 50’s, I’ve worked with many. Thanks for all of your help New Rochelle Mercedes. I’ll keep coming back to give you my business. More
Mercedes Benz dealership was a disappointment. Made an appt because there is a recall part . Called Mercedes of new Rochelle. They said bringin the car we have the part. Is Mercedes Benz more than a badge????? The best or nothing is this TRUE??? Treat your customers right and with respect. My car sitting in my driveway . Cannot drive and cannot register and my private mechanic does not want to work on it because of the recall. More
WORST PLACE EVER. They allegedly changed my shifter bushing & when I return to pick up my car & THEY drove it up front, it wouldn't change out of the PARKED position. Instead of doing the right thing & seeing what the problem was, Richard 1st thing was to tell me I can have my car towed out of their lot. When I wouldn't accept that, his only solution was to endanger my family by taking off a safety feature. Spoke w the Gm Chris Tokard numerous times & he refused to look at the video of Richard berating my family in public. Chris made nothing but false attempts to rectify the problem w nothing but failed promises. They never placed by coverings they took off to get access to the screws in the interior, damaged my shifter, & failed and every standard of mercedes. PLEASE keep ur family & friends away from such a racist, unprofessional, and down right a place w no accountability from top to bottom. More
PLEASE TAKE YALL THOUSANDS AND GO ELSEWHERE! I really tried to spare this dealership with this review but at this point I am completely fed up with the entire staff and their xxxx car. I purchased a C 300 2021 with 5,000 miles on 5/16/22. On 5/21/22 it started hemorrhaging oil. The hood of the car started smoking and I had to pull over. The crooked salesman who sold me the car, Heath Lachmen, response to me was “It was just a silly oil filter.” That apparently, THEY did not tighten before selling me the car (It’s also important to note, when me and Heath was browsing cars he printed out two cars I could look it. As I was sitting in what’s now my car, I’m reading the paperwork that lists the cars features and I notice what’s on the paper isn’t aligning with the car. Heath then realizes he is showing me the wrong car but states this one is better. Hm, he probably sold me a car that wasn’t properly inspected… Red flag. On 7/05/22 around 2am I’m driving from Long Island headed to the Bronx when the car gives me a trouble signal that the charge level is too low. I then get a notification on my phone from Mercedes Me Connect stating that in order to recharge the battery either charge it, or keep driving for at least 30 miles. So, I continue to drive and another signal pops up on car. The screen indicates the 12V battery is malfunctioning. At this point I made it to the Hutchison River Pkwy and the car completely dies. It wouldn’t turn on at all therefore, the help button on the car didn’t work. GEICO nor Mercedes Benz towing services could get me because I was in what’s considered a restricted area. I called the police and they sent a towing company. The tow truck driver arrives and we are trying to start the battery and it isn’t working. He asks me where I want to tow my car and I tell him to tow it to the dealership. He laughs and then tells me about HIS experience with this dealership. He expressed they sold him a faulty car as well. One that kept getting severe water damage. The next day the service department calls me and tells me the ALTERNATOR FAILED. No one could give me an explanation as to why a brand-new car ALTERNATOR FAILED. They provided me with a new one because it was covered under warranty. After this being the second scenario where I was left stranded with this vehicle I felt unsafe and wanted a new car. However, the general store manager, Christopher Tokarz refused to get in contact with me after I left two messages. I called corporate office and to accommodate me they gave me one month’s payment reimbursed and covered my towing expense. Today, I am writing this review because NOW the Carplay feature doesn’t work. The screen continues to go black and now I can’t use my GPS (the car didn’t come with one). The staff here is unaccommodating, comical, and just worried about sales. This dealership dishonors the Mercedes Benz reputation. Before this car I had a 2020 KIA Forte and it gave me no problems. Mercedes Benz is supposed to be top of the line and this dealership offers low quality customer service. For $50,000 I shouldn’t be going through this. More
