I was driving my '08 CLK Class and felt like the tires were out of balance at highway speeds so I took it in to Mercedes Benz of New Orleans for service work. The staff was friendly and helpful and took were out of balance at highway speeds so I took it in to Mercedes Benz of New Orleans for service work. The staff was friendly and helpful and took care of the issue quickly while I waited in their new building. Free wifi is very important. More

Richard never gives status updates on vehicle in service. Service department is very slow. I've been to other Mercedes dealer through the gulf coast and never had service like this. Keep away! Also, sinc Service department is very slow. I've been to other Mercedes dealer through the gulf coast and never had service like this. Keep away! Also, since they are the only Mercedes dealer in the area, they taken advantage by over pricing their parts and labor rates. More
