Loaner vehicles are very helpful to the customer. I then decided to trade in vehicle for a certified pre owned vehicle. Ernie Debus was so great to deal with. Since I wasn’t financing the vehicle the process was seamless and I was out the door the same day with my new car. I highly recommend this dealership. Very professional group of people. We started with a test-drive, but mentioned that we were looking at other brands as well. Steven showed us the car (GL300) and explained every feature. I really liked that he wasn't pushy and shared his details with us in case we'd come back from testing other brands. Eventually we settled on the GL300 and when we came back, Steven helped us immediately. The whole deal was done in about 1.5h and we drove the car off the lot that day! I'm really happy with the service of Mercedez-Benz and in particular Steven and Will, who took care of the financing. More
