Overall nice experience. I only write this as constructive criticism as all other aspects of the sale were excellent. The detail crew needs training. I purchased a very expensive black car that was completely scratched up. It was obvious that the crew used dirty rags and improper wash techniques to clean a $150k car. It cost me 2 days of paint correction to get the paint issues sorted but now the car is beautiful. Please invest some time properly training your detail crew. It makes a big difference in the quality of your vehicle deliveries. More
