I came into the dealership under false pretenses! I was told there was a specific vehicle available that in fact wasn’t available. I felt rushed through the process. I feel like I was low balled on my tra told there was a specific vehicle available that in fact wasn’t available. I felt rushed through the process. I feel like I was low balled on my trade. They tried to get me to sign the back of my title before any of the numbers had been worked out and negotiated. I specifically asked them to submit my application to chase bank which they didn’t do. Very displeased with the process as a whole. More
