Both Mike and Will were a pleasure to deal with, and I was able to complete the entire transaction remotely from across the country, plus th Orleans! The only minor issue that I encountered was a lack of explanation for a few steps in the purchase process. For example, there were no instructions included with the purchase forms that were sent to me, which required me to call several times until I was able to get clarification.
