Sprinter based camper died in East Lyme on way from Nona Scotia to Delaware and had to be towed in. They had it properly fixed at 9.30 the morning of the second day after as a part had to be shipped. In the meantime they had made a bad situation bearable. They offered to let is stay overnight in their lot, which we did not need, and furnished a car so we and our guests could tour Newport rather than waste a day. I can't say enough. Nice, helpful, people and a great dealership. More
I brought my car in for an annoying clicking sound come from the seat. They were great by having the seat checked by several techs as well as pulling the seat apart. They always seem to bend over backwards for me when I bring my car in for service. I have three MB's (GL450, 300SD, E320). I often purchase parts from Carriage House where Grant Gauthier has always answered questions with detailed/accurate information. Often, I request that parts be shipped to my home saving me a trip to New London, and Grant graciously accomodates my request. As for service, Art Foster is my first choice as MB mechanic, based on the high quality work he performed on my GL450 at Carriage House. He found and corrected a factory assembly error in the 3-year old GL450 that other dealers never noticed. Art makes a real effort to answer questions and provide details on service issues. Carriage House has my business because of the friendly, quality, and cost-effective service. Pickup/delivery of my vehicle and use of a loaner car round out the great experience. I recently I sent a friend, who purchased his first MB, to Carriage House to get service. More

I took your dealership on the offer for detailing and was very happy with the end product. I also had the service department check the brake pads as I was getting a check brake pad light. They were not abl very happy with the end product. I also had the service department check the brake pads as I was getting a check brake pad light. They were not able to duplicate the condition, but assured me that they had checked the brake pads and everything was ok. This is the second time I have used your service department and have been totally satisfied. Will use you for any further service work. More

I came in for some wiper blades for my Mercedes and I am just so pleased with young Jason White and his very pleasent and upbeat attitude. I wish all of my daily activities that I have to do were with people like him. At one point I believe it was his boss that even came over to make sure everything was all set and if there was anything he could do to help.
