Mercedes of Sudbury was a little aggressive but the experience overall was poor and unprofessional. They need to train their staff. Video sent by young man revving the engine at cold start and then stating the cabin is quiet with the front door open. Foolish behavior. 2. One of the reps said she could not finance me since I live In California due to emissions law and Massachusetts not able to issue temp tags. Then asks would you be able to pay cash? Ridiculous request. I was then told it's company policy not to issue temporary tags. Discriminatory to say the least. As someone who has purchased cars for well over 20 years and has worked on every car I've owned, this dealership is incompetent. Mr. Arshad, GM has been emailed and has chosen to ignore my concerns. I would find another dealer that is customer centric. More
