Mercedes of Sudbury was a little aggressive but the experience overall was poor and unprofessional. They need to train their staff. I was contacted by two people from their Internet Dept., which is redundant. Specifically I took issue with a few things: 1. Video sent by young man revving the engine at cold start and then stating the cabin is quiet with the front door open. Foolish behavior. 2. One of the reps said she could not finance me since I live In California due to emissions law and Massachusetts not able to issue temp tags. Then asks would you be able to pay cash? Ridiculous request. I was then told it's company policy not to issue temporary tags. Discriminatory to say the least. As someone who has purchased cars for well over 20 years and has worked on every car I've owned, this dealership is incompetent. Mr. Arshad, GM has been emailed and has chosen to ignore my concerns. I would find another dealer that is customer centric. More

I can’t speak highly enough of Steve Boston, Josue Bulux and Jonny Pham. They made the experience of purchasing and learning about our new Mercedes pleasant, seamless and absolutely first rate. He went out of his way to be helpful and even gave up a day off to come in and finalize the purchase. Josue then helped us close the transaction efficiently and pleasantly. He walked us through the paperwork and was able to understand our needs and advise us appropriately. Jonny gave a master class in the various features of the car. I must have said “wow” 40 times. Even if I read the manual cover to cover, it would not have been as helpful. There was no question that he could not answer. The 90 minutes spent learning about the car’s features was an amazing added service and I can’t relay how helpful it was. More
