I had a great hassle free buying experience. When I walked in, I was greated by the lovely Mrs. Sharon. Jay Tang did a great job showing me around. The manager, Mike Yousif made the purchase process very easy without the annoying going back and forth to "check with my manager." I was so impressed that i putchased the car that day. I am very happy with my purchase experience. The product specialist, Johnny Pham was amazing! His knowledge of the car was incredible. He did a great job teaching me real world uses of the complicated car. I was somewhat scared of the car as I had to take my eyes off the road constantly to make adjustments. Johnny showed me how to use the built in systems to easily make the changes. I am so glad that I went back to do the training! More

He was able to understand our learning curve and adapt to us as older users of technology. We appreciated learning about the safety features as well as the bells and whistles we may not have discovered Jonny’s knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product combined with his appreciation of these beautiful driving machines made him a great instructor. He demonstrated how to customize the ambient lighting, adjust the seat positions, and utilize the advanced safety features, making sure I was comfortable with each aspect before moving on. I recently purchased a 2025 GLC300 with the AMG package as a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. While I found the sales and financing teams to be excellent, my experience with Jonny Pham during our tuto as a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. While I found the sales and financing teams to be excellent, my experience with Jonny Pham during our tutorial was horrible. We traveled for 1.5 hours for a scheduled 2-hour tutorial, arriving early, only to discover that Jonny was 10 minutes late and had a hard stop at 3:30 PM. This reduced our tutorial time to only 50 minutes. when he greeted us he did not make an apology for being late, rather he informed us that he had a hard stop at 3:30 and we can later schedule a return visit to finish the tutorial. During the session, Jonny exhibited condescending behavior towards my wife, making her feel uncomfortable and reluctant to ask questions. He remarked, "If you are not going to follow instructions, you can just read the owner’s manual," and critiqued her ability to operate the hands-free tailgate, stating, "I was hoping you would at least be able to do this right." Both my wife and I were taken aback by his demeanor. The following day, I addressed these concerns with the sales manager and the general manager. They expressed their apologies and indicated that they would take appropriate action with Jonny, while also seeking to maintain my anonymity. Nevertheless, I insisted on him being informed that the complaint originated from me. Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up or resolution regarding the matter. I believe that the feedback system is flawed; rather than pressuring customers for five-star ratings, customers should be encouraged to respond to surveys freely. Based on this experience, I will refrain from making any future purchases from this dealership. This has been, without question, the most unpleasurable experience I have encountered and could not recommend anyone to shop here. More
