Horrible Service I took my Mercedes in for a service. Someone from their service department damaged my high dollar Vossen wheel, actually bent it. They talked to repai I took my Mercedes in for a service. Someone from their service department damaged my high dollar Vossen wheel, actually bent it. They talked to repair shops before i went in. When they found out that it cannot be repaired as it has been damaged beyond, they offered to replace the wheel. It sounded fair to me and so i contacted the tire place and asked them to order a replacement. Since this model is not manufactured by Vossen anymore, i cannot purchase it. When i went back to inform Mercedes Benz of Nashville about this issue, at first i did not get a response for 5 days after i left their service advisor a message. Then i called again and left a message with the operator for the service advisor Nic Howard. I did get a call from Nic when i emailed Mercedes Benz headquarters. What he told me in an authoritative tone was that because Mercedes damaged one wheel, they will reimburse for that one wheel. I cannot buy that one wheel that they damaged with the money they are giving me. I would rather not take any money from them and keep this unresolved, so that fellow Mercedes Benz owners, present and future can know what to expect. The ownership of this vehicle is not cheap because of the quality and precision it offers. The dealership selling and servicing this masterpiece in Nashville area is however cheap and unprofessional. First they need to learn how to treat, greet and respect their customers, then how to fix their beautiful cars. Unfortunately, i will have to now spend money on new set of wheels or go back to the factory wheels for which i will have to purchase new tires. I am still a loyal Mercedes fan and customer. Already have my tickets to the F1 race in Houston in October. Go 44 & 77! More

We just recently had John Yount work on our vehicle and it was a pleasant experience. He provided us with a complete detail of our 2008 Mercedes at no additional cost to us. I love that car and will keep it as long as I can. They really go above and beyond to make your experience a good one. Best Dealership ever. More

He is a true professional and is key to providing services for the Sprinter Vans. The service was completed ahead of schedule and was excellent. We are about to take a cross country trip in the Sprinter and I believe Gary Patel and the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville have our Sprinter in top condition. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Not the Mercedes Benz Service I am use too. Just moved to Nashville, and if you are an MB owner beware of MB of Nashville. Went online to schedule service, received a voicemail with not call b Just moved to Nashville, and if you are an MB owner beware of MB of Nashville. Went online to schedule service, received a voicemail with not call back number. (poorly trained employees) I called back for service and was informed the next appointment would be 5 days, or 18 days if you want a loaner. (I have had service with other 3 dealerships in 3 states, this is not a NORMAL PRACTICE). First impressions are important and MB of Nashville does disappoint! If you are from other areas relocating to Nashville be prepared to be underwhelmed. Just an FYI MB of Music City is opening in 2017 and is not owned or affiliated with MB of Nashville hopefully they will know how to treat customers, and if not this is my last MB. More
Service tries to sale you parts via service. Unfortunately our automobile broke down between Nashville and Huntsville. Mercedes Benz of course towed our car for free to the nearest dealer but unfortunately it was closer to Nashville than Huntsville. Basically I bought a lot of parts (thousands of dollars) via service from the Nashville dealer and unknown to me all the problems the car had were not corrected. After I drove the car home from the Nashville dealer. The car would not start and the fluid leak was still there. This time it went to the Huntsville dealer and they corrected all problems for $200-$300 total. I did give the Nashville dealer 1 star since they paid for the $200-$300 total. If you live in Nashville, I suggest driving to Huntsville for your service. I know one Nashville customer who did when I ran into him at service while he was returning a Mercedes loaner car provided while his car was in the shop. He was very happy and I would be too if I did not have to go without a car and my service was done right. More
$8K rip off SL 65 2007. Went in for a routine service and advised needed $8K work..agreeded..picked up..brakes and steering had issues. Took back..on way home che SL 65 2007. Fantastic Emergency Service We were on a trip from Florida to Minnesota in an MB E350 when we hit pothole on Hyw 24 outside of Manchester, TN.. The tire blew out -we called the MB dealer in Nashville to see if they could get us in for a replacement tire - The were completely booked the next day but were able to get us in, replace our tire with a matching one and get us on our way in 2 hours - they were absolutely fantastic in their service, We can not thank them enough for the quality workmanship and their ability to accommodate us in our emergency - Thank you so much - I would recommend their service group to everyone !!! I could not be more impressed with the service and professionalism of this dealership. They took a potential problem and turned it into a positive in a big way for us. I will continually do business with them even though they are 3 hours from our home and I will continue to tell the unique story of a great dealership that “Got it Right the first time!” If you want to do business with an Automobile Dealer that has Customer service ingrained as part of their corporate culture…go to Mercedes-Benz/Smart Car of Nashville! We got fantastic treatment by ALL persons at dealership; It was a beautiful facility with all the comforts of home if you needed to wait or a very courteous shuttle service if that’s what you require.
