Superfantastic Was on the road when ESP and ABS lights came on saying “drive to nearest repair location”. My regular MB dealer assisted in locating the Nashville MB Was on the road when ESP and ABS lights came on saying “drive to nearest repair location”. My regular MB dealer assisted in locating the Nashville MB which can handle Sprinter Class. Got there around 7pm and was given first appointment the next morning. servicing 3500 mercedes sprinter The service people seem to be interested in the cars you'll probably get good service if you have a car. They were over two hours late getting to me. The service people seem to be interested in the cars you'll probably get good service if you have a car. They were over two hours late getting to me. I had an appointment but I had to go ask if they would be able to service it that day. Things checked off on the inspection that were not completed. I am a retired mechanic. I want need to waste their time at that dealership anymore. Hope everyone else has better luck with them. More

Knowledgeable, Professional, Friendly & Personable, The AC on my ML400 suddenly wasn’t working properly in the sweltering summer heat in middle Tennessee. I can’t stand being hot and don’t like driving The AC on my ML400 suddenly wasn’t working properly in the sweltering summer heat in middle Tennessee. I can’t stand being hot and don’t like driving with my windows down. It was almost 5PM, but I immediately called Mercedes-Benz of Nashville and they worked me in the next morning. It was also time for my 50,000 mile service and they took care of all of it on the same day-hallelujah! I usually schedule service ahead of time and take a loaner car, but with such short notice there was no loaner available. I was surprised and impressed with how quickly they shuttled me home and then got me back to the dealership when my car was ready! Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was friendly, personable, and professional. In addition to those traits, George Lund, my service advisor, was extremely knowledgeable and communicative about progress on my car. It was a great experience and I’m once again driving in air conditioned comfort! I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Nashville! More
Smooth Transaction I am from the Chicago suburbs and found the 2018 GLC 300 on Car Guru's. I was able to do the transaction w/ Evan on the phone. Accommodating When an unanticipated problem arises it is nice to know the service department has the bandwidth and willingness to work me in to address me concerns. Rountine matintence; non-routine service I brought my E350 in for a routine service appointment. Nic Howard greeted me, explained all the work, why it was needed and how the engine and compon I brought my E350 in for a routine service appointment. Nic Howard greeted me, explained all the work, why it was needed and how the engine and components work. When service found additional items, he called promptly, laid out the cost and provided information I needed to make an educated decision on whether to have the work done. I have driven a Lexus, Audi and Acura. Nic is without a doubt the best service rep that I have ever dealt with. More
