Service of our 2014 MB C300 Ashley was very kind, cordial, and efficient in her dealing with us. She went out of her way to accommodate us especially when our vehicle service would not be completed the day we brought it in. She further accommodated us by allowing us to take the loaner home with us (we live almost 2 hours away). She then had a driver deliver our car to us the next day. Very professional and thoughtful.
