We were servicing our 2009 GL450 and decided to look at the pre-owned vehicles . We were guided by Adam thru a very thorough process reviewing all of the essential elements ,features that were important to us. With that process complete he was able to locate the one we wanted. He had our vehicle appraised and came back with a reasonable offer which we accepted. We then moved on to complete the transaction. We have been back for 'training 'since the vehicle has many new features . This experience was enhanced by Joey the Concierge . An extraordinary young man with complete knowledge of every facet of the vehicle. He is a great asset to the dealership. More

When I went to get the car after the inspection, everything was fine EXCEPT three days after I picked it up, I found a small dent in my hood that I know was not there when I brought the car in. I believe the dent WAS there when I picked up the car, but I just didn't see it. Only because of Jackie in Service, would I rate this service center 5 stars. More
WORST DEALER IN THE USA I have been buying and leasing cars for 45 years. In all that time I have never experienced anything like these people. 1st. The service department I have been buying and leasing cars for 45 years. In all that time I have never experienced anything like these people. 1st. The service department refused to fix a warranty issue with my brakes. I had to wait until I returned to my home up north to have the Mercedes dealer up there fix it. 2nd. I was notified by Mercedes that my lease was coming up and I should have a PRE- TURN IN inspection done to find out what things needed to be fixed before turning the car in. When I called Mercedes of Naples for an appointment, I was told there was no need a pre-inspection. "Just bring the car in when the lease is up" is what I was told. When I did turn the car in there were a few minor issues that I was dinged for. Nothing major. BUT WHEN I RECEIVED MY FINAL BILL I WAS CHARGED $3500.00 FOR REPAIRS. When I called Mercedes corporate and told them what happened they said they would call the dealership to see why I was told not to come in for a pre-inspection. Corporate called the dealership 3 times with no response. After several weeks I finally just paid the bill. I have leased over 10 cars and never have been charged a dime until buying this piece of #@#!. I will never buy another Mercedes and would advise anyone thinking of buying one to think again and at the very least STAY AWAY FROM MERCEDES OF NAPLES. More

I did not purchase my car at Naples Mercedes but he was kind enough to to take time out of his day to show me some of the features and greatness of the Mercedes brand. I have told several friends and family that when it is time to upgrade their current Mercedes to go and see Adam he treats everyone like family. Mercedes is lucky to have him on their team. noise coming from tires I met with the Service Manager and we did a test drive to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. He reassured me that it was a rock or pine cone I met with the Service Manager and we did a test drive to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. He reassured me that it was a rock or pine cone stuck to my tire and that I didn't have a problem with my tires. My light indicator didn't go on, so I figured there wasn't an issue. The Service Manager made sure that I was satisfied, and made all of my worries go away. I really liked the idea that he addressed my issue, other dealerships would have just ignored my concern of a noise coming from the tires without the indicator light going on. I was extremely pleased with my service visit. More
