I would like to utilize this survey to focus on our experience with Patrick Westin. We first met him as we were looking at several MB cars in the used car lot. He was willing to stay past closing tim experience with Patrick Westin. We first met him as we were looking at several MB cars in the used car lot. He was willing to stay past closing time to provide us with details around the cars with which we showed interest. We arranged a time to come back the next day. As we focused in on two vehicles the following day, Patrick was very patient, never pushy, as he took us on test drives and explained the vehicles to us. We then decided on a car, and we worked out a deal with him. Patrick was consistently professional, extremely knowledgeable, and worked through a deal with us that made us feel a part of the process, and comfortable with the decision. After the sale, he has taken a lot of time to explain and demonstrate the features of the car to make sure we get the most out of our purchase. Patrick's excellent service (along with a great MB car!) was a big reason we are satisfied with our purchase and would be happy to work with Patrick again. More
