Why I'll be going back to Mercedes for my next car. At age 77 my wife and I have had many great cars, Lexus, Jaguar, BMW, etc. Some buying experiences had been good, some not so much. Adam is the most knowledgeable car person I've ever worked with and he makes buying a car a pleasurable experience.as opposed to a root canal. He also has a great sense of humor.
