Best Car Dealer Experience Ever I stop at Mercedes of Naples to look at a used car that I saw on the web. Keith Glenn greeted me at the door. I told him the situation I was in with m I stop at Mercedes of Naples to look at a used car that I saw on the web. Keith Glenn greeted me at the door. I told him the situation I was in with my VW TDI and what I was looking for. He immediately took me to see 2 cars that had all the features I was looking for. Drove the 2 of them and decided I wanted the ML 350. It was fully loaded with everything. Next was the price, we haggled a bit back and forth but he finally gave me the price I was willing to pay. Keith took care of getting the car ready to leave the show room. Took me around and introduced me to all the staff that I would have to see if there were any problems or questions. I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Naples to all my friends and I would tell them to see Keith Glenn. Thanks again LOVE MY CAR!!!!! More

Not recommend!!! We are very disappointed from this dealership. We bought a month ago a new e300 2017, they were the only dealership that had that car so we didnt hav We are very disappointed from this dealership. We bought a month ago a new e300 2017, they were the only dealership that had that car so we didnt have any choice, lets leave a side that we closed the deal on 75k FLAT, and somehow they managed to add almost 2000$ more on "paperworks" AFTER we paid 17k down. Then 2 very annoying things happend: First of all instead of them dealing with the registration of the car (license plate and etc) they sent us to do it through dealership in our area (Didnt we pay you guys to do that?!) Its been over a month!! The permit to drive on the dealer peice of paper was over on the 15th, so now i cant drive the car till they'll send us the license plate. Which they cant give me an estimate date. And worst thing: they didnt even tried to help us learn about all the features the car has. And it has TOO MANY!! Its has a driver assist or whatever that goes crazy and throw you from the lines on the road which almost made us get into accidents 3!!! Times. I called and spoke with the manager and told him im scared to drive this car. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE in this car. Told him we DO NOT WANT THIS CAR. He rudely WAVED US OFF and told us that he's willing to do us a "favor" and offer us 60k for the car. So we suppose to lose 17k for using the worst car in the world from the worst dealership in the world. We didnt decided what to do yet but They definitely scammed us!! More

I did ABSOLUTELY ZERO research on the type of vehicle I ended up purchasing. I knew what I wanted and I trusted the system. Henri sat with me for about 20 mins. He brought me specs on 2 vehicles that were on the lot. After reviewing the specs I decided at the desk to test drive ONE of the two. Within minutes, we were on the road as Henri explained the many features of the '16 GLE350 4MATIC. After taking over the wheel, I knew at that point that this was THEE ONE. Got back to the office and within a matter of minutes we came to agreement on the price. Came back at 2pm and met with Tom as we did the paperwork. Everything done so smoothly and effortlessly, I wish everything in life could be this smooth and easy. The physical aspect of the dealership is Excellent. A great lounge to wait in and nice snacks. Every employee I encountered were cordial and upbeat. Especially Shanna and Rich Grimes. All in all, this experience was incredibly "professional and efficient." Looking forward to many more satisfied years with MB of Naples. KUDOS to the MB of Naples management for their obvious leadership skills and direction!! More
