Mercedes Benz of Naples Two years ago I bought my first Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Naples it was a 2015 C300. I was treated well during the purchasing process but the sal Two years ago I bought my first Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Naples it was a 2015 C300. I was treated well during the purchasing process but the salesperson was not very knowledgeable. Your service department has been a wonderful experience for my wife who is the primary driver of the car. So naturally when I wanted another car I came right back. I didn't have the same salesperson because the first salesperson I had no longer works there. Mr. Politi (JP) made the purchasing experience an enjoyable experience he's very knowledgeable and has bent over backwards to do anything my wife or I have needed done. The facility at Naples is second to none the service department is fabulous very professional very courteous very clean and the new car now gets hand wash I couldn't ask for more and I'm sure in a few years I'll be back to buy my third. I do recommend Naples Mercedes to all of my friends and Neighbors. In closing I would just add everyone involved with the purchase and the service department after the purchase have been fabulous.
