Went to dealership to checkout buying new Mercedes. We have been a BMW family for 30 years or so. Tiring of the same car every two years I got the notion I could convince my husband to buy a Mercedes and have been a BMW family for 30 years or so. While in the showroom, a young man approached and asked if he could help..loved that he felt comfortable talking to a woman (politically correct) and didn't, assume my husband had all the questions. The rest was easy..I can honestly say he was the most courteous ,knowledgeable person I have encountered in a long time. We did a test drive, Adam explained and anticipated any and all questions. He was patient, pleasant and I felt badly when my husband decided he was ordering another 750li...he is not much on change...I guess a good thing for me, since we are married 42 years.. It broke my heart the following day when Adam followed up with a call saying a truckload of s550 arrived if we wanted to look at colors I informed him of our decision and his reply was if he could ever help don't hesitate. My husband recently retired from a large pharmaceutical company, where he was chairman/CEO with 13,500 employees and my husband says he would have been thrilled to have Adam price as an employee of his company.he is a definite asset! Loved the Mercedes but Adam was a bigger wow. More

Adam is the most knolwedgeable car salesman I have ever encountered. On delivery he spent several hours with me going over every aspect of the car. He is an excellent teacher. I selected this dealer because it is close to home and I have always had excellent service on my 2008 C300. I had to purchase my 2008 Model in Sarasota because that was the only dealership USAA where USAA have always had excellent service on my 2008 C300. I had to purchase my 2008 Model in Sarasota because that was the only dealership USAA where USAA allowed a discount. USAA now allows discounts at all Mercedes dealers. I was ver pleased when I looked into new 2013 models at Mercedes of Naples, Katherine sent me a warm reply. She called me when we arrived in Naples and we made an appt. to meet. Needless to say as of now you can see I purchased a 2013 E350, my intentions in the next year will be to own the AMG C63, I found his presentation to be quite humorous, Which took a lot of pressure off of me. Taylor Hartfield is a new car sales person in the show room of Mercedes of Naples Florida. I recently purchased a 2011 E550 Mercedes sedan frpm Mr. Hartsfield. During the selling phase he continually st room of Mercedes of Naples Florida. I recently purchased a 2011 E550 Mercedes sedan frpm Mr. Hartsfield. During the selling phase he continually stressed his personal care for his customers even after the sale. This care did not materialize. First, as you would expect, the E550 is a complex car with many special features. The time Mr. Hartsfield spent expaining some of these feartures was negligible. Furthermore, after the sale, when I phoned Mr. Hartfield with questions, he would not accept my calls or respond to my messages. More
