Curtiss does the best job of a systems and features walk-through on delivery of a new car that I have ever experienced. Where most dealers want to get you off the lot as quickly as possible, Curtiss spends whatever time is necessary to ensure the customer thoroughly understands everything about their new car. I also work with him on my future plans for cars and he is absolutely responsive (and he remembers what I tell him!) I get the same type of friendly and helpful service from Tino Guerrero. I have had him take care of the service on four different cars (and I just acquired my fifth). I really cannot image better service from an auto dealership More

Had a truly amazing experience dealing with Adam Davis. Honest and upfront with all the financials. The dealership did all the out of state documentation, I literally had to just sign and drive away. My flight in to pick up the car was delayed and Adam personally picked me up and made sure I had my vehicle the day he promised, even though the dealership was closed by the time we arrived. Visited the dealership on Friday, June 21 for service and talked to a salesman about leasing. He informed me that I couldn't afford it and was dismissed. Came back to pick up my 2009 C300 from Jackie and t talked to a salesman about leasing. He informed me that I couldn't afford it and was dismissed. Came back to pick up my 2009 C300 from Jackie and told her that we would miss her, because we were told we "couldn't afford" another mercedes. She would have none of that and referred us to Rich Grimes. I'm stubborn and difficult to work with and Rich was awesome! We love our new car...hopefully my husband will let me drive it some day. :) Thanks guys! Buying a Mercedes in 2009 and this week have been the best car buying experiences I have ever had. More
