Service department diagnosed and corrected an elusive issue with the shifter. I was kept informed and provided a ride home and picked up the next day when the car was ready. Have to mention that they als issue with the shifter. I was kept informed and provided a ride home and picked up the next day when the car was ready. Have to mention that they also washed the car and vacuumed the interior- nice 'extra' touch. Over 10 years with this dealership's both sales and service people- always a positive experience. More
The facility and selection are good. Dealership has some redundant policies and they are not flexible at all. Everything is responded to with “That is our policy”. There was issue with billing. I had to call the dealership service director/Vp, who was on vacation and left a voice message with my billing issues. And then the service representative redid the bill. Not a pleasant experience. Didn’t feel like I was doing business with a Mercedes dealer. More
