My car buying experience at Naperville Mercedes-Benz started on-line with Salesman Michael Banks. I told him that me and my wife would be there in about 45 mins,he had the GLK350 cleaned and ready fo started on-line with Salesman Michael Banks. We went for a test drive, my wife loved it alot.The pricing was great and they gave me a good price on our trade-in. Mike explained all the GLK features in great detail. I had the best experience at Mercedes Benz of Naperville. It was the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. I went there to buy a Nissan Rogue that I had found online. They treated me as if i was buying one of their $90,000 vehicles! Ed Franzen and his team were the best. Ed wasn't pushy at all! He kept me at ease, was very kind, and their pricing was very reasonable. I went there knowing what I wanted and they did the job for me! He, together with James made sure the purchase process went smooth. Ralph in finance was great. Explained everything in detail. Ralph knew how to work with a business owner and made the process quick and painless, he really knows the process, very much a pro. Overall my experience was fantastic.
