Save your self time and don’t buy any cars from this dealer. They are very unprofessional and liars, my sister purchased a car and had to return it due to false information that she found out after taki dealer. Took her almost 2 weeks after returning the car to get her check back from her bank that the loan was from, we had to go in to the dealership and ask for the check we were there 2 hours trying to get it back and all they did was make excuses and tell us it would be ready in 45 minutes than they said 20-25 minutes, and no check, while talking to a manager to see if there was any updates the salesman GIL LOPEZ who sold the car to my sister was in his office just laughing and when I mentioned that it was his fault this situation was happening he came out of his office and was extremely rude and very unprofessional to us. They all had different stories about the situation, my sister would call the dealer several times and no one would answer her calls or emails, she had to use my phone in order for her to get a hold of someone and get updates. According to them the check was not cleared yet and that’s why they couldn’t issue her a refund check but the bank said it was cleared on September 20th, 2022. Mo another employee stated that the check cleared 9/28 but this morning 9/29 he told my sister that there was a hold on the check which was a lie and was confirmed by her bank, the banker at the bank said that check was never on hold and was cleared on 9/20. I do not recommend shopping at this dealer, horrible horrible experience. It was a very stressful situation. More
I have nothing but extremely positive things to say about my experience at Benz of Naperville. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I found my dream car. Ammar is a gem! He will do whatever it takes to make sure you are fully satisfied and ALL your needs are met. I shopped around at a few different Benz dealerships, but I never felt like other places cared to take the time to understand what I wanted. They were only focused on the sale. Hoffman Estates Benz even made me feel like I couldn't afford my car. Everything changed when I walked into Naperville Benz. Ammar immediately jumped up to help. He took time to explain everything and even sent the best transporter, Moos, to pick up my car from another location. Moos was also exceptional! Super friendly and easy to work with. Bottom line is that I am so grateful for the team at Naperville for their patience and for not making me feel small like Hoffman Estates did (they can use some training on customer service). This car is a dream. Ammar and the team helped me achieve it. I'll bring my family back here when their leases are up. They will not be disappointed. More
Where do I begin? I brought my car here so that they could look at a recall issue, change out some headlight bulbs that went out, and replace windshield blades. An inspection was completed to see if there were other issues with the car. The dealership had to keep car overnight. When the service advisor called me, he described issues found with the car and forwarded a report. Explained that the right side marker light couldn’t be fixed and needed to have a part. I expected the left low beam that was totally out to be working since they changed the bulb. When I came to pick car up, it was daylight, and the notification of the low beam being out didn’t come on. I thought that the issue was fixed since bulb was replaced. However, later that evening when I needed to leave, I saw that the bulb was still out, therefore I couldn’t go out because it was night. The service advisor didn’t advise me that the issue wasn’t fixed prior to me leaving they dealership. I returned to the dealership the next day and was informed by another service advisor that although the bulb was replaced, further diagnostics was needed. For MB not to inform me that issue was not fixed, prior to me leaving the site was negligent, a bit unethical, and showed me that they did not consider my safety (as I had to drive at night). Not only was there an issue with safety, but I could’ve received a police infraction with the missing headlight. More
