I have been with this dealership for 25 +years and really love both the sales and service depts. but this time there was a service glitch- too many cars in for service on the day of my appt., so my car had t love both the sales and service depts. but this time there was a service glitch- too many cars in for service on the day of my appt., so my car had to spend overnight and have the service the next day, Fortunately , I had a loaner so was not too inconvenienced and this is the very first time that has ever happened! I purchased a new car with this dealership. Long story short the dealership knows the GLC 300's have a steering wheel shake issue and did not fix the issue themselves. It seems they would rather have the customer find the issue and schedule a maintenance appointment to fix it. I spent 60 grand to find out the steering wheel vibrates when you hit a bump and then found out the dealership already knew of the problem and sold the car anyways only for me to deal with it the next day. I was not impressed. Also the driver side door did not seal properly so the wind noise was pretty loud and yes I test drove it before purchasing but that was around the block in congested traffic and maybe seeing 45 mph. I just think the dealership could've checked the car our a little better before selling it. I was not happy and unfortunately that can't be changed even after getting the car fixed weeks later. More

Mercedes Dealerships are generally not cheap but I’ve learned my lesson by using cheaper and smaller questionable used vehicle stores.
