In response to my initial post I ended up taking my car to the service department twice to fix the steering wheel vibration and to fix the driver side door not sealing properly. In the process, this dealership's general manager, Joe Wasson, was extremely helpful and great to talk to. He made sure my issues were taken care of and helped diagnose the issues.
