I live in Peoria, IL and found the car on the internet at Mercedes Benz of Naperville. Overall my experience was a good one. I really like my 2018 C300 convertible. The issue I have is that I believed the car was equipped with navigation system, but was told it could be initiated simply with the purchase of an SD card. I thought that was surprising as I have owned many cars, my current primary car is a 2020 Chevy Blazer. My Chevy came with a fully functional Nav system but the Mercedes does not? Surprising to me. Upon my return to Peoria I went to the local Mercedes dealer, AutoHaus, to purchase the SD card, and was told the card would cost $937, almost $1,000! Shocking to me. My iPhone connects so I have a cell phone based system, but my car does not have a Mercedes system in the car. I find that very disconcerting and feel that at the very least I should have been told prior to the sale that the Nav system would require a $1,000 part to operate. I am disappointed. I have called my salesman and was told he will get back to me. More

While the expected wait time was about 5+ months, we got it in just 2 months which was a nice surprise.
