Truly nice and accommodating I bought the car from another state. The transaction was easy and quick. Joe picked me and a friend up from the airport and took us directly to a ver I bought the car from another state. The transaction was easy and quick. Joe picked me and a friend up from the airport and took us directly to a very nice dealership. John, the sales manager was also very nice. There was an issue with the cruise control stalk being broken off the car during delivery to the dealership. John apologized and offered to fly me and my friend back to Florida and ship the car to me if I felt uncomfortable driving it. That, I felt, was an amazing gesture! I'm not sure how much the dealership made from the new car sale, but I'm sure the shipping and 2 last minute plane tickets would have wiped out the profit.
