Extremely Poor Service Job, Car Returned with Damaged Here is a summary of my case: I had requested emergency roadside service on December 14 from your service shop as my vehicle had a flat tire. The sta Here is a summary of my case: I had requested emergency roadside service on December 14 from your service shop as my vehicle had a flat tire. The staff that came to pick up the vehicle somehow messed up the “lugs” on the tire (as advised by your service advisor Julio Pereira) while putting the replacement tire to take the car to service shop. The car was scheduled for service on the same day and hence was left at the service shop. Here is what happened after that: 1) I was called by Julio who advised me the following: - that the lugs on the wheel are not coming off and it will take about 1.5 to 2 hours of labor hours to get the old lugs off and replace - brake pads need to be replaced costing approx. $800 - only 1 tire needs replacement 2) On December 15 I received an invoice for $1725 which was about 35% higher than the original service estimate. Previously I have been called by the service advisor with a view into the complete charges and confirming if I am fine with going ahead with the service - nothing of the sort done here. 3) I called the service shop multiple times between December 16, 17 and 21 requesting someone to explain what caused the huge increase in the charges 4) On December 21 the car was returned without anyone explaining the charges and without the car being cleaned at all from inside 5) On December 22 Julio called and explained the charges and explained that in addition to labor associated with the part - there was approx. $240 charged for getting the lugs off! He explained that the car is being cleaned and sent back for delivery ...second time around! 6) On getting the car back the following observations from my end: - the right side "side view mirror" had a part below missing - the car was "minimally" cleaned from inside - the engine light is showing up Hope the above summarizes my experience with your service shop More

All employees demonstrate a high level of professionalism and are always extremely courteous. Mr. Caldwell goes above and beyond all expectations one could have of a service experience. Whenever I have called about a problem with my car, I get an appointment immediately (the same day) and they fix it in a very timely manner. Needless to say, the actual work performed is excellent. It is a true pleasure to work with Mr. Caldwell and his colleagues. More

He answered all my questions and if he was unsure of an answer he was quick to provide one. Each visit to the service department was a pleasure. Joe, one of the gentlemen that drives the cars was also a huge asset to the organization. He always took the time to speak to me, get to know me, and again make each visit enjoyable. More
