We visited the dealer with our 4 year old son, and Ziad expertly accommodated us and our child. He is genuine, and my wife and I did not feel any sort of pressure to buy, which we sincerely appreciated. He explained all of the functions and features of the car well, and took his time in showing us how to use the Comand system as well as other controls the day we took the car home.
