Most horrific experience ever!!! Do yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle to this location. Unless you are in the mood to be nickle & dimmed and taken for a ride. I have been a Mercedes Benz owner for over 15 years and I choose this brand based on the quality of the product and the excellent service I have always received and become accustomed to. This particular location is an absolute disgrace to the brand and the employees need some strong customer service and sensitivity training. I took my vehicle in on Wed. Nov. 8th because I was experiencing some issues with cold starts in the early mornings. $153 diagnosis later, and one full day without my vehicle, I was told that my vehicle started up fine and they thought I had a problematic key fob but my car was working fine. I picked up my car on Friday Nov. 10th. and went back to work only to be stranded in an extremely cold parking lot for 2 hours due to my vehicle not starting. On sat. morning I called service specialist Willie who wasn't working that day so the receptionist took my call. I eventually got set-up with a tow company to have my vehicle transported back to the service center. The Service center closes at 1pm on sat but the tow service was backed up with orders which meant a slight delay to arrive at the center. I called and asked to speak to the manager on duty to ask for a grace period of a few minutes past 1pm and the manager (Julio) advised me that there was nothing he could do for me if my vehicle was not physically at the service center at 1pm. When I arrived at the service center at 12:57 pm Julio was quite rude and pretty much rushed me out the door. I connected with Willie my service rep once again on Mon. Nov. 13th and eventually was advised that I need to get a new key fob which would run me a non-refundable fee of $250 and my original diagnostics fee would not be applied to this amount. They key was eventually order and surprise, that didn't solve the issue. Guess what, more diagnostic dollars would have to be rang up! Mind you all this while, my service agent never offered me a loaner so I was very restricted with having to ask for rides and pay for transportation. After several calls to Willie and no response, I got fed up and walked in on Friday Nov. 17th and asked to speak to a manager. I was directed to Nelson who was very nice and professional and listened to my complaint. He physically walked back to the service area to speak with the technician and come to find out, my car had been put aside and another vehicle was made a priority. Guess my money and patronage isn't welcomed at this facility and at this point I was at their mercy with not a whole ton of options. Nelson assured me that he will get his technicians on my car right away and do their best to nail down the issue.... meaning more diagnostic expenses and still no loaner or alternate means of transportation. Fast forward to Wednesday Nov. 22nd, the issue was finally discovered and it was a relay that costs just $15.90. So $582 in diagnostic charges, $250 for a new key fob, and $15.90 for the new relay for a total of $847.90 was spent on a problem that should have cost me no more than $300 tops (2 hours of diagnostics and the cost of the relay). Like I said, the staff and management at this location do not care for or empathize with their customers and are only interested in charging you more $$$. I will NEVER return to this location. More

Outstanding Experience from an out-of-state customer My experience with the entire process including those in (sales, finance and management) was nothing short of exemplary from start to finish. Everyone provided a level of service and detail that many would expect but in my experience, few organizations can deliver in the way that Onur and Juan provided. Despite the drive being nearly 5 hours away, I can say with absolute certainty, the next Mercedes Benz I add to my inventory will come from this dealer! I also received fair market value for my trade and was able to purchase a newer vehicle at the same rate. Its evident Onur and Juan both have high standards in conducting business and it was a priority to them both that my requirements were achieved. A further attribute that Mercedes Benz of Morristown invests in retaining high caliber people that go beyond state lines and the typical sales process. More

Rear ended by pickup truck on 78 W in rush hour stop and go I have an immaculate custom C350W and am proud of it. Was only going to go to a MB auto body. The "tap" was almost $7k and MB Auto body shop of Morris I have an immaculate custom C350W and am proud of it. Was only going to go to a MB auto body. The "tap" was almost $7k and MB Auto body shop of Morristown NJ did a fantastic repair job and put up with my picky request for 1/4 inch trunk alignment that nobody could see but I knew. Luis Munguia actually seemed to want me to be happy with a perfect job and assured me the job wasn't done correctly unless I was 100% happy. He's very proactive and a professional shop manager. The auto body shop did a remarkable job of matching paint and tolerances for replacement parts. I am used to highly competent professional service and attitudes at Benz dealers and my experience at Morristown Benz auto body more than confirmed the Mercedes Benz standards. Sold an unsafe new car and treated poorly by staff TL;DR: Despite a nice looking showroom, I was sold an unsafe car in violation of NHTSA/FTC rules all while being treated poorly by multiple staff. I really had hoped to give this dealership five stars. Buying a Mercedes-Benz, especially a first one, should have been anyone's dream experience. I mean, the cars are luxurious, exciting, and fun to drive and own. When you pay for the best, you demand at least an above average experience. Honestly, a buying and service experience similar to a Honda dealership would have sufficed for me (other people may feel differently). However, I will never buy another one from any dealership after this incident unless changes in business practices are made. Buyer beware: it is my understanding that I was sold a brand new car by this dealership with three critical NHTSA safety recalls on it at the time of sale: 1. the fuel pump may fail, leading to a crash; 2. the starter motor may catch fire while driving; 3. the passenger airbag may not operate in a crash. The dealer, according to federal law, must fix these recalls before sale, otherwise it is illegal/in violation. Furthermore, I was treated poorly and with disrespect by multiple sales representatives while purchasing this vehicle, by service representatives when tuning this vehicle at the nearby service center in Morristown, and in regards to remedying this safety issue with the car.
