But recently, my 2017 GLC300 had an ongoing issue w Willie Caldwell at Mercedes Benz of Morristown is consistently a thorough service representative. But recently, my 2017 GLC300 had an ongoing issue with the brakes and extremely loud screetching when in use. Though they assured me it was not a safety issue - it was not acceptable to me or my neighbors to hear the brakes with every use. Willie was a great advocate for solving the problem as well as negotiating with MB on my behalf! The service was above and beyond exceptional and I recommend contacting Willie for every MB sales or service need! More
