We came looking for a used ML350, Don came out and was very helpful with deciding the right features for us and they gave my husband and I a great price and took our older ML350 in trade. We ended up with a terrific fully loaded ML350 in a cool dark graphic grey. Don spend time helping us learn all the new features and helped me download my phone and music. Unlike previous dealers, Monterey Mercedes, didn't waste our time and treat us like fools...they were straightforward and up front. My husband and I both appreciated that. We drove home with happy hearts and assured that they will back up their promises and they have reached out weeks later to make sure all is well. I worked with Steve, primarily over email and phone and he was extremely helpful. He created several different scenarios for me and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I never once felt pressured by him, which was a nice change from the normal sales person. He found me the exact car I wanted and I didn't have to settle for anything. Sean was also extremely helpful in the process. The car I wanted was set to go to another dealer and Sean traded with that dealer and get me the car. I also dealt with Paul when finalizing the paper work and he was very quick and efficient. Overall everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant and made my experience enjoyable. More
