very unhappy w/service dept. The service department leaves a lot to be desired. Chris happened to be my service advisor and apparently he couldn't figure out how to enter an basic oil change/service an leaves a lot to be desired. Chris happened to be my service advisor and apparently he couldn't figure out how to enter an basic oil change/service and a recall for an airbag repair. My car has 33,000 plus miles and I was to do a 60K service which include besides the oil change; a change of sparkplugs acc to Chris. I was quoted almost $800.00 for the service. I questioned to mileage and the service schedule. and I asked for a discount if I had a coupon which I didn't but Chris knocked off $50.00 off the initial estimate which I consider outrageous. I came home and told my wife and nearly had a heart attack. I called service department and cancelled but told Chris to go ahead w/oil change. Long story short. my bill ended costing me $238.00 for a simple oil change which I never paid so much to have done. I think this was the last time I visit your dealership. I will in the future talk to my mechanic in town or go to Fresno as last resort. More
