Happy I had a service appointment and requested a loaner vehicle due to the time length of the service. When I arrived, I was met in the drive-in bay area I had a service appointment and requested a loaner vehicle due to the time length of the service. When I arrived, I was met in the drive-in bay area and provided my information. The gentleman was extremely courteous and showed me where to wait for my service rep. The service rep took my information and covered what would be done today. He then escorted me to the loaner vehicle and indicated they would call my cell when the car was ready. We both walked around the loaner to indicate any nicks/dents, etc. before I left with the vehicle. The vehicle was clean inside and out. Nice to try a different model of MB. When I returned, I waited approximately 30 minutes for my car which was returned to me by the promised time. My car was clean and no interior issues. Overall, my experience was great! I have been a customer of MB dealership since 2006 and would not consider going to any other dealership. Thank you to the professional service team! More

Workmanship was as expected. All workmanship was fine and as expected. But, the vehicle needed a oxygen sensor, which is a part that fails on all vehicles frequently, yet they di All workmanship was fine and as expected. I would think they would have 10 of these things on the shelf because they always fail on all vehicles. Now I have to drive 90 miles each way again to have this stupid sensor put on. More
