Brian Parker is my Service Advisor and he treats customers BETTER than he expects to be treated. Kathy Pierson has sold me two CPO Mercedes vehicles and she ALWAYS goes the extra mile. Wilder Hickman in parts has often gone out of his way to help me. This kind of customer service is a rare find in today's world! And, this could never happen unless the person at the top "walked the talk." More
