Very pleased with service and dialogue with service rep. However, check-in process could have been better. Person “on duty” in the drive-in bay said he couldn’t check in and I that i had to find my service However, check-in process could have been better. This wasn’t a major inconvenience, just unexpectedly clunky for such an otherwise extremely well run and responsive service dept. Puzzling. More
