In 2006, I purchased a New Mercedes-Benz CLS 500 and my initial impression of your dealership was highly favorable! The Service Reps were personable, informative and attentive to both my needs and concern initial impression of your dealership was highly favorable! However, in my opinion, somewhere along the line that demonstrated concern for the Customer has unfortunately diminished and replaced with a detached, impersonal business-like demeanor! Everyone was polite and offered us coffee or water, but long waits sitting in an office. Service could have been better with explanations of what was going on.
